Baby Toys

Hello and welcome to my blog!  I have made this site for all of the parents out there that want to give there baby a sweet little toy for whatever occasion.  The site will throw out many different ideas on what to get, and it will grow over time.

These precious little toys come in all shapes, colors and sizes.  But when you decide to actually go out and get one for your little one, then you should definitely keep some things in mind before you purchase:

1. Bright colors: These bright colors seem to grab and keep the attention of the little toddler longer than colors that are more neutral.  Also, it helps them learn distinction between the colors.

2. Anything that has noise coming out of it:Just make certain that the noise coming out of it is not too loud, as a baby’s sense of hearing is very delicate and can be injured very easily.   So infants love toys that make sound and it tends to keep there attention longer than a non-sounding Baby Toy.  And if that sound is music, then it can give a baby a respect and love for music.  Finding music sounding Baby Toys will increase a childs development over time.  Finding toys that make music, or produce sounds that are pleasant for a baby will result in more play and development.  this is always a good thing.

3. A baby toy that is easy to figure out and use.  Then, over time, you can get more complex as the child gets a better grasp of the world and his surroundings.  So make sure that it is at the level of the child, or exceeds it by a little bit.  As they grow in motor skills and there sense of intelligence starts to increase, then you can move on to something else.   So at the beginning,  toys that have to be pulled, or pushed, or something like that.  A great example of a this are colorful blocks.  A rattle and plastic or foam dolls or animals are great as well.

4.A toy that does something when touched or hit.  This will develop the there sense of self  and teaches cause and effect.

5. Help them learn.  The baby toys that they have should become an educational experience for them.  It should be able to stimulate the five senses. Obviously this is important because you want to get your child learning how to learn as early as possible, because it is a skill that they will need to have for the rest of there lives.  Start them early, and you will have no problems later on.

So that it.  Use these guidelines as a basis for when you go shopping for your little child.  It will allow you to not only get an educational toy that will increase there capability fr learning, but one that they will enjoy!!
